Stateside wedding photographers are becoming more International. While Brides are living it up more the dream wedding and planning their event abroad has become more of a trend these days!

Finding the right photographer for the event is crucial, although we all like to think we want to become destination wedding photographers, there is so much more than just photography that goes into traveling abroad.

Destination Wedding planning is a must. Photographers I recommend should have their equipment insured thru a reputable insurance company. I also suggest having back up camera bodies that can be carried on board

the aircraft. Some photographers have a special carry on photo bag that meets the travel standards for over head storage aboard the aircraft. The main thing that photographers and brides thinking of hiring a

destination wedding vendor is to make sure that their passport is up to date and if there will be a travel Visa needed in some destinations.
